    Missing & Defective Items
    Customers must report missing & defective items within 7 days of product arrival. Missing items include items that are not included in the original package and not noted on the invoice. Defective items include goods damaged due to mishandling during shipping and new goods with notable defects. Any claims received after 7 days of product delivery are subject to refusal. Missing & defective product reports received after 30 days will be denied.

  • If an item is returned due to an address mistake by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to re-ship the item to the correct address. If an item is returned due to the mistake of OmbreTerrace.com, OmbreTerrace.com will cover the shipping cost to re-ship the item.
